Event Producers & Partners

Arvada On Tap – A Craft Beer and BBQ Fest is produced by the Arvada Festivals Commission (AFC). We’re a group of volunteers appointed by the City Council to organize and produce eight annual celebrations and to help other organizations produce celebrations.

For Arvada On Tap, we’re partnering with three service organizations to raise funds for their community projects. Members from Arvada-Jefferson Kiwanis Club, Arvada Sunrise Rotary and Arvada Vitality Alliance partner with the AFC to plan and produce this celebration. These organizations contribute funds and volunteer time to the following community efforts:

  • Several weekend food backpack programs for Arvada elementary school students
  • Scholarship speech contest for Arvada high school students
  • City of Arvada roadside cleanup program
  • Arvada Santa House which provides free holiday gifts for families in Arvada
  • Week-long leadership training programs for junior and senior high students
  • Elementary schools reading program
  • Bell ringing for the Salvation Army
  • Annual pumpkin patch sales for Habitat for Humanity
  • Meals on Wheels program for seniors
  • Fundraising events for charitable and cultural organizations in Arvada
  • Scholarship program for students with limited access to college
